Post-Reflow Inspection

Following the reflow soldering process, each module undergoes a stringent Post-Reflow Inspection. This critical quality control step is primarily conducted using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, which utilize high-resolution cameras and advanced algorithms to scan the board.

The inspection focuses on verifying solder joint integrity, checking for defects such as bridging or insufficient solder, and confirming the correct placement and alignment of all components. This precisely controlled inspection is essential for ensuring the electrical reliability, long-term stability, and flawless performance of the final LED display module.
